90 day warranty on new sod and seed lawns when automatic irrigation is installed and maintained by Artistic Landscapes. Controller operation and watering schedule is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the sod or seed lawn is watered properly. The warranty is contingent upon the correct use and maintenance of the watering system.

1 year warranty on plant material when automatic irrigation is installed and maintained by Artistic Landscapes. Controller operation and watering schedule is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the plant material is watered properly. The warranty is contingent upon the correct use and maintenance of the watering system.

2 year warranty on irrigation parts and labor on new system installations.

3 year warranty on hardscapes, retaining walls & natural rock work.

1 year warranty on drains.

1 year warranty on fences, decks, pergolas and garden boxes when water sealant/stain is applied upon completion of project.

1, 3 or 5 year warranty on lighting fixtures depending on lights chosen & installed. 3 year warranty on lighting transformers.

Water Feature warranty limited to that provided by manufacturer of any mechanical components of the feature (i.e. pump, timer). Life expectancy for water feature pumps is 1 to 3 years. 2 year warranty on workmanship and installation of water feature.

Our warranties, unless otherwise specified in contract, cover 100% of replacement materials. Labor for warranty work is provided at a discounted rate.
